You can still shop with us online and our home delivery services are running as usual.
Our team are working hard behind the scenes to get your order out to you as quickly as we can. This might mean your order is split into separate deliveries or it might take a little bit longer than normal.
We will send you all the usual tracking links, however, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive.
We’ve extended our returns policy and will now be accepting returns up to 28 days after our stores re-open.
This applies to items bought in store or online after the 9th March 2020 and is subject to our usual exceptions.

Following the Government’s announcement last week, we are looking forward to welcoming you back instore from Monday 15 June 2020.
Over the last eleven weeks since we were instructed to close, we have been working extremely hard behind the scenes to make sure that every one of our stores will be compliant with Government guidelines when we reopen.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers remains our primary focus, and we have invested heavily to ensure social distancing and other recommendations will be followed. A dedicated, specialist team will be continually reviewing and, if necessary, adjusting all procedures once we re-open, so please be assured that we are doing all we can to protect you, your families and our in-store team.
Our customer service team have reverted to remote working and are doing everything they can to get back to all customers.
